"Coffee was decent, but managing the subscription was a hassle"
I wanted to like this more because the coffee was actually good, I guess. But managing the subscription was way more frustrating than I expected. I thought I’d be able to switch things up or pause it easily when I needed to, but it felt limited. Having to dig around or reach out to support for basic changes just got old. The product itself wasn’t bad, but the lack of control was enough for me to cancel.

"Coffee just didn’t taste fresh"
I was bummed about my MistoBox order. When I opened the bag, the beans didn’t have that fresh coffee smell at all... it was kind of dull. I tried brewing it a few different ways because I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, but nooope, it still tasted flat and a little like it had been sitting around too long. For what it costs, I really expected fresher beans. Just didn’t feel worth it for me...
"Felt a little embarrassed paying that much"
The coffee was fine, nothing bad about it, but I felt kind of embarrassed after paying that much for it. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something, but for what I got, the price just felt way too high

"Bad first impression and the matches never got better"
My first impression was bad, and it didn’t really improve from there. The matches felt way off from my taste right away, and even after updating my preferences, they still kept suggesting stuff I wasn’t into at all.

"Shipping was a little hit or miss for me"
My coffee showed up late one time, which was kind of annoying, but most of the time it arrives just fine. Maybe I just got unlucky that week, I’m not totally sure. Overall, it’s been okay.

"Slow responses made the whole process frustrating"
It took days to hear back whenever I reached out, which made a simple issue feel way more stressful than it needed to be. I get that support teams can be busy, but when you’re waiting that long, it starts to feel like your problem doesn’t really matter. In the end, the experience reminded me how much timely communication can shape whether you trust a company or not

"Started Off Promising, But Got Repetitive"
My first impression was actually good — I signed up expecting a fun mix of coffees from different roasters, and the first shipment made it feel like that might be the case. But after a few deliveries, it started to feel a lot more limited than I expected, and several of the bags tasted similar to me.
I was hoping to discover more variety, especially different styles and smaller roasters, but it never really got there. For the price, I just thought there would be more choice and more surprises, so it ended up getting boring faster than I hoped.
